Ocean Gate School District

It was a great Friday before Columbus Day weekend for our staff as they had an opportunity to work with Dr. Joanna Abramo from MOESC on Demystifying ADHD and also a session on Behavioral Management Strategies to bring back to the classroom. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (formally known as ADD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders we see in our students and it can greatly impact how they perform in and out of school. The staff was given strategies and best practices on how we can support those students.
